Xinruiwas established in 2002, covering an area of 53,000 square meters with RMB 30.1056 million registered capital. It is a Sino-foreign equity joint venture company with among 120 employees, 1 Zhejiang provincial leading talent, 2 PhDs and more than 50 university graduates.
In 2008 Xinrui started the cooperation with Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Shanghai Jiao Tong University and Zhengzhou Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering. Xinrui passed the ISO quality system certification in 2009 and started the joint ventures in 2011 with Daishin Industrial Co. Ltd. from Japan.
Xinrui is the first public company that enters the securities market in the field of brazing in China, It is a company with the whole industry chain integrating brazing filler metals, fluxes and brazing equipment. It owns more than 50 patents, including more than 20 invention patents, and has developed the first set of products in key areas of equipment manufacturing in the province. It has a provincial level research centre and post-doctoral research workstation.
